Dr. J.J. Kerr
Dr. J.J. Kerr was born in Scarborough but grew up in Minden after the family moved in 1998. He is thankful to have been shaped by the community of Haliburton County. He grew up playing minor hockey for the Highland Storm and was a part of the high school basketball team and jazz band. After attending Haliburton Highlands Secondary School, he received an Honours BSc at McMaster University in 2014 and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry in the class of 2018. After graduating Dr. J.J. joined his father and uncle in general practice in both Minden and Scarborough.
Dr. J.J. enjoys giving back to the local community through his work at the Volunteer Dental Outreach for Haliburton County. He also goes on annual dental brigades to help those in need in Honduras.
Dr. J.J. loves basketball, water skiing and playing guitar, and spends as much time as he can by the lake.
